What is a Certified Parenting Instructor?
One can search the web and purchase some excellent material and begin teaching parenting workshops. The International Network for Children and Families (INCAF) goes a step further. It requires educators to take a rigorous 40 hour training program. INCAF is one of the only organizations that require their instructors to obtain and maintain their certification. Eileen has been certified by INCAF since 2002.
